Gary Dubose


Gary Dubose

Gary DuBose was born in Arkansas and raised in Missouri. He has his B.S. degree in Business from South West State University of Missouri, and a Ph.D. from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. While in college, he started Dubose Painting and Contracting. The company painted 11 Hotels during that time. After college, he started Value Builders, Inc. During the next decade they installed all the pipe insulation and performed asbestos abatement for 66 Coca-Cola plants, as well as renovations and asbestos abatement for notable places like Ft. Lauderdale, FL, City Hall, the Cook County Schools in Chicago, IL., St. Louis City Schools Saint Louis, MO., and five 200 ft. tall towers at Formosa Plastics Co. in Baton Rouge, LA.

During the mid-eighties, while traveling for his Construction Company, Gary was also developing his real estate business. He actively bought, renovated and sold many properties over the years.
In 2000 Gary sold Value Builders, Inc. to a construction company expanding into pipe insulation. He relocated to Hawaii where he met his beautiful wife, Tiffany. She was born and raised in Hawaii and is the principal broker of their real estate brokerage company, Aloha Paradise Realty.
In 2001, Gary started Value Remodeling, LLC and in the last 13 years has built most of the UPS stores on the islands, three Subway restaurants, and many residential properties.

Through The Finest Place Inc., one of their Investment companies in their group of entities, they have acquired five mobile home parks, close to 100 individual mobile homes and also an assisted living facility in Florida. In all, nine commercial and 13 residential properties.

In 2009, Gary and Tiffany became instructors for The James Smith Company and Wealthrock Inc. They have mentored and taught thousands of people all over the U.S. the correct real estate strategies for today’s market. They realized that raising the capital for acquisitions was a big problem for the people they educated. That lead to the birth of The Deal Funders to help these trained real estate investors fund their deals. In the last five years, over 100 of the investors trained by The Deal Funders have become company team members doing research and due diligence.

Gary serves as President of Leverage Global, LLC and is responsible for oversight and investment decisions. He also serves as an officer and active manager in the other entities which compose the investment group.


Jesse Chase

Vice President of Development

Jesse Chase

Jesse was born in Wisconsin, raised on the East Coast in Delaware and returned to reside in Wisconsin in 1999. He obtained his B.S. in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh where he bought and flipped his first residential home with his father. He married his beautiful wife Emily the summer after graduating, and they have five wonderful children. After graduating, Jesse went to work in sales for a national construction and restoration company. He quickly grew to be the company’s top producer.

After spending a couple of years there, he decided to start a company focusing on catastrophe restoration (ARC Contracting), and since 2004 Jesse has overseen over 100 million dollars worth of projects. He has successfully completed projects in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, Arizona and Florida. He still holds general contractors licenses in most of these states. He is a visionary and has continued to lead his companies to increased revenue year after year.

Jesse also enjoys luxury and high-performance vehicles, which lead him to start an auto dealership and broker. His attention to detail and ability to spot trends and new markets have allowed him to be successful in these ventures.

Jesse has always had a passion for real estate and for helping people. His ability to spot market trends and develop effective strategies to maximize returns is a key strength he brings to Leverage Global, LLC. He will also help position the Company to be financially and strategically prepared to respond to market changes as they occur. In sum, his talents and executive experience will help enable the Company to capitalize on opportunities in the real estate market.


Chief Operating Officer

Daniel Nelson

Dan was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Recruited out of High School, he spent several years working with the Department of Defense as an Intelligence Officer. Dan graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing. Upon his return from government service, Dan started a green building company. As a licensed General Contractor, he started his construction and real estate investing career by completing multiple renovations on “flip” homes. His business expanded to include renovation work in hospitals, funeral homes, office buildings, and mold and lead remediation projects. However, his true passion for building revolves around the concept of building healthier homes. This building philosophy reaches beyond minimizing a builder’s carbon footprint to include the use of sustainable and responsible materials that have been certified zero VOC thus keeping the indoor air quality of a home or building toxin free.

Dan met his beautiful wife Victoria in Oak Brook, Illinois. They have three amazing children. Together they have expanded their passion for building and real estate. It was this passion that led Dan to become an Officer of Leverage Global, LLC. One of the primary asset classes the company has invested in is Senior Independent Living and Assisted Living. This will enable Dan as well as Vicki to realize their vision of providing uncompromising care to seniors in the Affordable Senior Living Market.

Dan has a unique ability to identify future growth markets and build relationships within those markets that reveal opportunities for market development and optimization. He has distinguished himself as a visionary which enables him to see non-performing properties for what they should be. His expertise to convert them into profitable properties is one of his many value-added talents he brings to the Company and its investors.

Dan’s government honed analytical skills and passion for serving each community we touch has resulted in growth opportunities that will shape the future of where Leverage Global, LLC. is headed in the Senior Living Industry.
